During the Inner Awakening program, everyday begin with Nithya Yoga in the morning. Nithya Yoga is the opportunity to work in the level of our muscle memory as we go through the cleansing of the incomplete memories and emotions stored in our bodies and all the unnecessary toxins accumulated in our system. As we move through the days, we can feel the vibrant divine energy through the whole body giving life to the new, highest possibilities latent with in us.
